The glamorous actress is “tremendously happy and very excited†to be expecting another baby with husband Javier Bardem, her rep told Hola!
She revealed the happy news when revealing her decision to skip the Goya Awards later this month.
Penelope was expected to travel to Spain on February 17 but it was explained that she wasn’t able to take a long haul flight, Javier Giner told RTVE.
The superstar couple got married in 2010 and had a son named Leo in January 2011.
Just take a second to think about how much pocket money these children are going to get - and how many sweets/iPods they can buy.
Penelope has spoken about motherhood in the past and said: “From the first second you feel so much love.
“Nature is very wise and gives you nine months to prepare, but in that moment, when you see that face, you are transformed forever.â€
