We have to say that nothing singer Chris Brown could do would surprise us but the weekend was quite eventful for even him.
As well as being pulled over by cops for speeding, he apparently drove further along the road and got stopped by a police car too. He’s very popular among the men of the law, clearly.
And although Frank Ocean might have refused to press charges over their fight a week ago in a car park, his producer Michael Uzowuru spoke out about the incident on his blog, claiming it was a set up and saying he believes Chris has demons.
Michael says he arrived at Westlake Studios with Frank and a guy called Chito, but there was an orange Lamborghini parked in the space marked with Frank’s name.
The car belonged to Chris, who then came outside with two other men and a row between Frank and him began over the space, says Michael.
One of Chris’s companions allegedly punched one of theirs, which was when all hell broke loose.
“Then instantly Chris and the other dude grab [Frank] and try to jump him. There’s no doubt in my mind the whole thing was a set up,†he wrote on his blog.
He went on to claim that Chris then tried to “beat the living s**t out of†Frank. “I don’t know what type of demons Chris is facing, but I hope he clears them all and finds a new life rooted in love and light,†he added.
Despite staying at the scene to talk to police and initially wanting to press charges, Frank has changed his mind. He posted the following statement about it on his blog.
“As a child I thought if someone jumped me it would result in me murdering or mutilating a man.
“But as a man I am not a killer. I'm an artist and a modern person. I'll choose sanity. No criminal charges.
“No civil lawsuit. Forgiveness, albeit difficult, is wisdom. Peace, albeit trite, is what I want in my short life. Peace.â€
Chris is one lucky woman beater.
