The wait's nearly over for the latest 'do in the awards ceremony calendar. But as the BAFTAs preparation kicks off (there's almost definitely some actresses who started having their make-up done last Monday), let's remind ourselves of all the nominations for Sunday evening's awards.
Skyfall has done pretty well for itself, bagging eight nominations at for this year's BAFTA awards - with Javier Bardem's performance as Bond villain Raoul Silva getting a nod for Best Supporting Actor.
His Bond co-star, Dame Judi Dench, is nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her role as spy master M.
The film is also nominated for Outstanding British Film and Original Music, a soundtrack which included a low-key song you may have heard off by Adele who provided the hit theme of the same name. The film also picks up nods for Cinematography, Editing, Production Design and Sound. Yeah, they're the ones to fl ick over to a bit of Friends for.
Producers Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli said: "We are absolutely thrilled Skyfall has received 8 nominations from the British Academy. We thank everybody who has voted for Skyfall and all those who have contributed to the filmâs continuing success."
Dame Judi - who has won the same gong twice before for A Room with a View in 1989 and Shakespeare in Love in 1999 - will face stiff competition from Anne Hathaway, nominated for her role as Fantine in the big screen version of musical Les Miserables. Another teeny tiny film you may have heard of.

But it is Lincoln - Steven Spielberg's biopic of the US president who led his country through the civil war - who has picked up the most nominations, featuring in top categories such Best Film, Supporting Actor (Tommy Lee Jones) and Supporting Actress (Sally Field).
Daniel Day-Lewis is also nominated for the Best Actor award in the title role, up against stars including Ben Affleck and Anne Hathaway's Les Mis co-star Hugh Jackman.
Elsewhere, our very own talent is recognised with Dame Helen Mirren being nominated in the Best Actress category for her role in Hitchcock as Alma Reville, and Dexter Fletcher (PRESS GANG!) who is nominated for an Outstanding Debut award along with his co-writer Danny King for their work on Wild Bill.
Quentin Tarantino is nominated for Director and Original Screenplay for his western Django Unchained and one of its stars, Christoph Waltz, is nominated for Supporting Actor.
Ben Affleck could walk away with two of the night's biggest prizes after he was nominated for Best Director and Best Actor for his work on Argo - a thriller set during the Iran hostage crisis.
The EE British Academy Film Awards will take place on Sunday February 10th and will be broadcast on BBC One and BBC One HD, preceded by a red carpet show on BBC Three.
