Well doesn’t Hermione Granger look wand-erful in these stills for her new movie?

Emma Watson was a million miles from her innocent do-gooder character in the Harry Potter series as she poses holding a gun in The Bling Ring.

And in another raunchy snap the pretty actress shows off her toned stomach and flashes her bra.

She plays the role of ‘vain’ and ‘superficial’ Nicki who is part of a gang breaking into Hollywood homes to steal their valuables.

Well-spoken Emma, 22, is typically dressed in fancy frocks and is one of the sweetest stars in showbiz.

She told GQ magazine: “When I read the script and realised that essentially it was a meditation on fame and what it’s become to our society, I had to do it.

“The character is everything that I felt strongly against â€" she’s superficial, material istic, vain, amoral.”

The movie is based on a true story and a group known as The Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch â€" which has quite a ring to it even though it’s quite a mouthful.

Emma added: “She’s all of these things and I realised I hated her. How do you play someone you hate? But I found it really interesting and it gave me a whole new insight into what my job or my role as an actress could be.”

Obviously eager to ditch her Wizardry typecast, she confessed: “I was open-minded about doing anything, but the one thing I didn’t want to do was get myself into a corset because I was worried I would never get out again.”
