If you've been watching The Big Reunion you'll know that there was some suitably big awkwardness when half-way through the series, boy band Blue decided they wanted to get in on the show actually thanks very much.
Which was bad news for Atomic Kitten star Liz McClarnon, as she dated Blue singer Lee Ryan between 2001-2003, even getting engaged to him, but she wasn't exactly thrilled about his arrival on the show.
Lee told New! magazine "She wasnât best pleased. I sent her a message and said, 'Why are you acting all weird? Just cause the cameras are there?' She sent me a message saying, 'Donât talk to me.' She felt really uncomfortable with it."
Yeah, sounds like it.
Â
And in true bad boyfriend form Lee was keen to point out he was the one that ended things with her.
"I broke up with her. It just wasnât right any more."
God, poor Liz. There's nothing worse than when a cringey ex turns up on the scene. Which is normally just your local pub as opposed to national TV.
But Lee couldn't shut up. Which is quite unlike him (not)...
"I sent her a text saying 'Whatâs up?' and she said, 'Sorry, I just want as little contact as possible.' I said, 'Fine,' so the next couple of days, I totally blanked her. Then she ended up coming back to me and saying, 'Sorry, I donât like this â" the way youâre treating me.' And I was like, 'Hold on a minute!'"
And Lee being Lee, he had a little theory about why Liz was acting distant.
"She [Liz] definitely still has feelings for me! She'll hate that!"
And the ever-modest Lee was then asked who'd aged the best out of all the Big Reunion lot, he said "Me probably! "
But there is someone else who's caught his eye:
"I wouldnât say I fancied her, but Natasha [Hamilton] is in great shape! I love Natasha. Sheâs loud, sheâs brash and sheâs fun. Michelle Heaton looks hot too."
We bet Liz'll love that bit even more.
This isn't the first time Lee's had a rant about an ex-girlfriend.
Back in October he launched a foul-mouthed tirade on Twitter over the mother of his four-year-old son Rain, Sammi Miller.
          Â
And as you might expect after that outburst... "Me and Sammi are off at the moment, but I donât really want to talk about that. I just get on with Blue and get on with seeing Rain."
"Heâs very creative. I try and promoteâ¦you know, I take him to the magic woodsâ¦"
The what, Lee?
"The magic woods are any woods that you can find and you just make them magic. I kind of run through the woods with him and we get swords and we climb trees. Itâs so funny."
Aww that's actually pretty sweet.
