So, hands up who knew that Nicole Richie and Jessica Alba were mates. No? No-one? Us neither. But apparently they're such good friends that they go on holiday together.
Jessica Alba, Nicole Richie, Jessica's husband Cash Warren and a load of their other friends were spotted on the beach in St Barts, just sitting about being celebrities and having a gossip. A conversation we'd really, REALLY like to overhear.
Nicole stripped off to a teal bikini, and looked amazing in it - as you'd expect from the fashion designer who works out for two hours a day, four days a week with Tracey Andersen, celebrity super-trainer. Nicole also tweets about Pressed Juice Cleanses too - hopefully she let herself off her diet while she was on holiday.
Even though their holiday looks amazing and hot and sunny and beautiful, we're not sure we'd want to be on a sunbed in our bikini next to Jessica Alba - who showed off her bikini body yesterday - and Nicole's slender figure. There would be a lot of hiding under towels.
Nicole stays that toned by hiring Tracey Andersen to dance about with her six days a week - Tracey even called Nicole her A+ student, saying: "A lot of people gasp when they hear that I would like them to work out for one hour each day, six days a week. Here is a shining example of making it work- a little video treat for all of you with one of my A+ students. Nicole Richie manages to juggle it all; she is a mother of 2, a wife, runs a fashion empire (that I am obsessed with), but she still finds time to dance! Nicole is a smart girl and can study the moves, add her own spin, then really bring it on the dance floor. She recently stopped by the set and shared her experience on the Method. Music is an incredible motivator, and I could think of no better song to showcase Nicole’s dancing, than one of my other star student’s latest track, On The Floor by Jennifer Lopez."
