Aren’t pregnant women only allowed to wear dungarees? Apparently not if you’re a former Bond Girl and your name’s Halle Berry.

The newly-blooming star gave everyone a well-needed glimpse of her growing tum in a sexy black see-through top which showed off her BRA.

Can you believe it? A woman with-child wearing a boob-displaying garment? To draw even more admirable gasps, she wore heels and thigh-gripping leather trousers.

Were they maternity? Did they have an elasticated waistband? Did she secretly undo them when no one was looking?

Light as a leather

Are her already-magnificent boobs going to explode with all the new hormone pumping?

Is she going to be best friends with yummy-mummy-to-be Kate Middleton and inevitable MILF Kim Kardashian now? So many questions.

The 46-year-old â€" who admitted she was shocked by the whole foetus arrival â€" said she’s not going to let the situation stop her from working.

Why ever not Halle? Isn’t that one of the best bits about pregnancy?      

Speaking in Rio de Janeiro where she’s promoting her new thriller The Call, she said she wasn’t about to abandon playing Storm in the new X-Men movie.

She's got the bump

She told E!: “One thing is for sure, with another baby on the way mama cannot take time off.”

Although she was fortunate to be able to take off a, er, little more time than most people for her first pregnancy, she said it was different now.

“I think that when I had my first child, my daughter, I took off a good four years because it was something new to me.

"It was my first time, it was something I tried really hard to do...This time, when I have the baby, I'll keep walking!

"I don't think being a mum now makes me only want to do Disney movies and not do great R-rated films. Those are things they are going to see in a proper time in life."

Berry fashionable

On her X-Men role, she said: "Storm probably won't be as badass as she was going to be because we won't be able to do any fighting or flying or things like that.

"She'll be different than we originally planned her to be but I still think she'll be an integral part of this new X-Men movie."

Of course she does.

So what exactly will she do then? Perhaps her new superpower can be lying really still on the couch all day.
