"It's really gritty": Helen Flanagan is going to be in the movies after landing film role

With all the marauding around in her undercrackers and partying she does, it is easy to forget that once upon a time jungle flop Helen Flanagan had a job, and that job was acting.

So imagine our unbridled glee when she announces that she will be returning to the screen, but not as super-cow Rosie Webster in Corrie, oh no. This time it will be a BIG screen.

The film she is set to star in will be called Bitch (and before you make any assumptions) will feature Helen as the tortured victim of bullying.

When asked about the film, Helen didn’t delve into too much detail about the film’s storyline, but told the Daily Star said: "It's really gritty and it's terrible actually because it's based on a true story.”

Adding: “It’s tragic. The girls who did it are in prison now."

Ooooh that does sound like a good old gritty British film.

We reckon whoever gave her the role must have been watching I’m a Celeb this year and admired her fantastic performance on the show.
