We know what you’re thinking about this monumental Big Brovaz news...

You DO recognise the name of that band and if you wasted a good hour of your life racking your memory you could probably remember one of their songs.

But lets us save you some time and feed you one line that will bring it all flooding back, only to stick there like a piece of chewing gum on your brain:

“This is big bro (bro) / Taking over the show (show) / With this new flow (flow) / You need to listen up and feel this shhhh…”

There it is. Solid gold stuff.

To be honest we’re not even going to pretend we’re not excited about them potentially 'taking over the show.'

For us, short of East 17 getting back together (come on guys make our lives mean something) this is some of the best news in nostalgic, mediocre pop we’ve heard in a while. Apart from PJ and Duncan's No.1 of course.

In an interview with Keek, former band member J-Rock said: “We're in ITV at the moment discussing a Big Reunion... who knows?"

Yes J-Rock â€" let’s make this happen!

Forget diamonds and rubies, this picture is among one of our favourite things.

 

The only slight downer is that the girls of the group: Dion, Nadia and Cherise were nowhere to be seen.

Although we’re hoping if the talks work out, that the girls don’t pull a J from 5 and decide to make an appearance on the show. It wouldn’t be much of a band without them now would it?

Anyway we need to Dion to turn up, so we can congratulate her on the very accurate prediction she made in their breakthrough track ‘Nu Flow’ (God, we miss spelling like that): that we wouldn’t forget her name.

Much as it embarrasses us to admit it... we really didn’t.
