We were big fans of Beverly Hills 90210 back in the Nineties, and we were equally big fans of its modern-day revamp, simply called 90210.
So we did a little sad face today on hearing the news that the show has been cancelled and will leave our screens this May. We bet you just did a sad face too, huh?
It was announced last night that the fifth series of the teen drama - which has made stars of actresses AnnaLynne McCord, Jessica Lowndes, Shenae Grimes and Jessica Stroup - will be the last.
On hearing that she would soon be out of a job, Jessica - who plays character Silver - took to Twitter, posting: "Oh Silver, our time has come to an end but you are a part of me forever.
"Thanks to the fans who have been along for the ride, all my love. x"
Jessica Lowndes added: "I feel very blessed that I had the opportunity to play Adrianna these past 5 seasons. Thank you for your endless support. I love you guys xo."
She also wrote: "To my amazing cast, I have LOVED working with each and every one of you. I'm excited to see what you all do next! I expect great things. xo."
And they weren't the only ones to tweet about the show's demise.
Nineties hunk Jason Preistley, who starred in the original show (and also heavily on our bedroom walls) tweeted: "'The CW's 90210 to end after five seasons. Lasted half as long as the original...Not bad guys..."
We're not sure if that's him being sympathetic or sarky.
If your body has gone into automatic mourning mode over the impending loss of 90210, cheer yourself up by reminding yourself of all the brilliant teen dramas to have ever existed (and then maybe buy each and every box set).
