According to Access Hollywood, the one they call 'The Body' is reportedly getting married to her boyfriend, Miami-based property tycoon Jeffery Soffer, who just so happens to be a billionaire - how many zeros is that?
The couple dated for two years before splitting in March last year.
However, in a dramatic turn of events (we sound like the voiceover dude from The Weakest Link, don't we?), the pair reunited in November after Jeff was involved in a helicopter crash that killed his best friend.
Elle reportedly rushed to his side following the fatal accident, and they've been back together ever since.
As one of the original supermodels, host of Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model, an actress and a businesswoman with her own line of lingerie and beauty products, Elle has a bob or two of her own squirreled away.
