Justin Bieber might have lost his temper with the paparazzi and threatened them , he might have turned up late to his own concert, he might have had a few short-tempered meltdowns on Twitter , but none of it is his fault! He's got an excuse for everything.
"It was a hard week. I was working out every morning and had a huge show every night," he told Germany's newspaper Bild. "When people are pushing their camera in your face all day long and yell mean things at you [it's hard]. I'm only human, too. I'm far away from home, I miss my family, my siblings and my friends."
Justin's mum Patti and brother Jaxson have now joined him in Portugal, so hopefully he's cheered up a bit now. He's also had a support him through his worst week. Firstly, Will Smith gave him a call, and then One Direction's Louis Tomlinson said some nice things too . And now Justin's getting round to thanking people.          Â
"@zaynmalik @Louis_Tomlinson thanks fellas. all good over here. much appreciated." he wrote on Twitter.
And Justin's support act, Carly Rae Jepsen has also spoken out on his behalf, saying that she understand the pressures of touring. "If there's anybody who I think can pull off what it means to be a professional performer, it's Justin because, yeah, it was chaotic week, but he sang even when he was feeling kind of like light of breath and showed us that old saying 'The show must go on' is really true. So, I'm proud of him," she said.
She told MTV news: "Well, I think there are moments where you do feel very much like this is a day of heavy press or a day of show time. And that is a lot of sort of being right out there in the wide open. But there's also a lot of downtime. And luckily, I am touring with people who I consider my dearest friends, my bandmates, my brothers. And, the whole team that I'm traveling with are just good people, goo d hard-working people. So we get out downtime and lots of out of the limelight moments as well and that's when I'm really mischievous."
Justin's manager Scooter Braun spoke out to reassure fans than Justin's JUST FINE too. He told E! last night: ''There's nothing wrong with him. He's in a great place. Justin is good, really good.''Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Oh, and the Biebs gran was on hand to chime in as well . ''I don't think for one moment this is all about him being a bad boy. He's only just turned 19 and he's still learning to cope with the pressures of fame," she said. ''But it's worrying. You read all sorts of things about him ... and he needs to understand some of those so-called friends probably don't have his best interests at heart. I know he will be feeling depressed about the way things have gone in L ondon, so maybe it would be a good idea if he were to go back there later and perform free for the fans who feel let down by him.''
