Comedian Russell Brand staged another prank phone call last night - but fortunately this one went down better than last time.
The comic was performing at the Teenage Cancer Trust gig when he phoned up an unsuspecting member of the public.
He joked to his co-host - Mighty Boosh star Noel Fielding - that he was worried he'd gone too far again as he discussed porn, masturbation and homosexuality.
However, his chosen target - the stepfather of an audience member at the Albert Hall in London - saw the funny aside.
He and Jonathan Ross suffered a spectacular fall from grace in 2008 when they left lewd messages on the answerphone of former Fawlty Towers actor Andrew Sachs.
The Radio 2 prank calls, which detailed a fling Russell had with the actor's granddaughter Georgina Baillie, prompted a barrage of complaints to the BBC.
That resulted in Wossy being suspended from the corporatio n and Russell resigning along with station controller Lesley Douglas.
Last night's show was part of a series of special charity events curated by former Oasis guitarist Noel Gallagher.
