Sarah Harding claims she loves to be TOTALLY NORMAL and use public transport after driving ban

CELEBRITY TRYING TO BE CIVILIAN ALERT!

Sarah Harding claims to, like, totally love using the London Underground as she finds it really easy.

This is pretty good news as the former Girls Aloud star, 31, was slapped with a driving ban after she was caught speaking on her mobile phone while driving on April 4.

But it doesn't seem to matter as Sarah is loving the normal life despite trying to use her celebrity status as a way of getting out of the ban as she claimed she would be unable to get around.

She said on Daybreak: "Public transport is actually a lot easier. I'm not going to lie. Do you know what, whoever said I wasn't a normal person, I didn't take the tube - I took the tube about six months ago.

Sarah pulls this face on the tube. See? NORMAL!

"It's just travelling in London by a car anyway is a nightmare, the traffic in London is a joke. Actually, was on the tube the other day and I thought I'd tweet to prove it to everyone that I can do it. I'm quite an independent girl really."

So there you have it. Sarah wants you to know that she's a completely normal girl who can take care of herself. ALRIGHT?!

And while the star may have found the whole experience harrowing when she was arrested for failing to stop for police when talking on her mobile phone, she has learned her lesson and is pleased she is reminding people it's unsafe not to give full attention to the road.

She said: "I mean, if anything, it's raised awareness of how dangerous it can be. People text behind the wheel and they can swerve - they can kill people. And in a way, it has turned around for the better. I can say that to people."

Sarah recently left Girls Aloud when the band decided to split. Miss them? Look at the pictures below...
