The Wanted mock One Direction by swearing at picture of rival boyband in the world's most boring feud

It’s fast becoming one of the most tedious pop feuds as The Wanted make another joke at the expense of rivals One Direction.

The less-popular boyband are currently promoting their new E! reality show and have spent most interviews being probed by US reporters about their running rivalry with 1D.

So nobody would be surprised to see this cheeky picture doing the rounds on Twitter today.

The Wanted boys â€" minus youngest member Nathan Sykes who is recovering from throat surgery â€" posed next to a framed picture of the former X Factor stars.

Not content with a sarcastic smile or ironic love hearts; Max George decides to stick his middle fingers up for One Direction while Tom Parker clenches a mean fist.

Jay McGuiness â€" whose curls can almost compete with Harry Styles â€" kept his charming side by ‘popping peace deuces’ which basically means not swearing.

Critics slammed the boyband’s new show saying they are only interested in boozing, birds and when possible combining the two. Which is probably the least surprising assessment of anyone ever.

While the five-piece have delivered some catchy tunes â€" especially new single Walks Like Rihanna â€" they’re also liked for being honest, typical lads.

The type of lads you’ll find drinking pints in All Bar One, playing the bandit and having one hand down their pants just for some cupping security.

But they might want to consider dropping the bitchy fight with One Direction as it’s actually becoming quite boring.           

The bands have been exchanging sneaky â€" and not so sneaky â€" comments on Twitter and in various interviews.

It’s got to the point where Tom suggested they just had a massive boxing match.

It sounds like a good idea to settle their differences but nobody wants to see ten fairies jab each other in the arm. Realistically, they wouldn’t risk going for the face and/or hair.
