Simon Cowell shell shocked: Celebrity Twitter reaction to egg attack and Attraction winning Britain's Got Talent 2013

There were plenty of celebrities and famous media faces watching the Britain's Got Talent final tonight - with many of them gripped by the Simon Cowell egging incident.

This Morning host Phillip Schofield seemed appalled by the bizarre interruption, calling violinist Natalie Holt a "pillock" while Piers Morgan said his vote was with the egg-thrower.

Hungarian shadow dance troupe Attraction won the public vote after a resolutely British-themed display, including Land Of Hope And Glory and the voice of Winston Churchill.

The group pipped 14-year-old comedian Jack Carroll into second place, with Welsh singing brothers Richard and Adam Johnson in third.
