George Michael will not face any charges for falling out of his car onto a busy motorway.
The 49-year-old singer gave traffic police a statement after leaving hospital last week and officers have now closed the case.
Michael was not even fined for failing to have his seatbelt fastened when he tumbled out of the Range Rover on the M1 in near St Albans, Herts, as cars swerved and braked to avoid him.
His driver also gave police a statement along with another passenger.
A spokeswoman for Hertfordshire police said yesterday: âAll witnesses have been spoken to and no further action will be taken.â
He spent nearly two weeks in hospital aft er suffering head injuries.
The former Wham! star was a rear passenger when he spun out at a junction on 16 May. He was airlifted to a specialist trauma centre in London.

It is an offence for drivers and passengers not to wear seatbelts if fitted.
A spokesman for the AA said: âSeatbelts protect those in the car and others who could potentially become involved in Âaccidents while trying to avoid people falling from vehicles.â
Receptionist Katherine Fox, 23, from Dunstable, Beds, told last week how she tended to the injured singer as he lay in the road covered in blood.
She said: âHe had a deep cut above his left eyebrow which was really bleeding down his face into his teeth.
âEven if I had known who it was, I Âprobably wouldnât have recognised him.â
