Prince Jackson has revealed his late pop star father Michael was scared of concert promoter AEG Live who organised his comeback concerts.
The 16-year-old took to the stand in the trial against the company in Los Angeles on Wednesday brought on by Michael's mother Katherine who claims her son's medical care was handled negligently by Dr. Conrad Murray.
Prince said his father was pushing for more time to rehearse for the concerts which often involved tense and heated conversations.
He said: "After he got off the phone, he would cry. He would say, 'They're going to kill me, they're going to kill me.'
The teen also spoke of the last time he remembers seeing his father alive before he died in 2009.
Recalling the last memories of his father, Prince said: "My dad was hanging halfway off the bed and his eyes were rolling back in his head. Murray was doing CPR.
Â
"My sister was screaming the whole time saying she wants her daddy. I was waiting at the bottom of the stairs crying, waiting to go to the hospital."
Prince said he attempted to calm his sister Paris down and felt optimistic but was later told his father had passed away from a heart attack.
The teenager also spoke highly of his dad saying that he was a caring man and said that if he wasn't working he became depressed.
Â
Prince said: "He always said you should give back to the community and to give back as much as you can. I got my desire to give back from my father."
He added that he remembers listening to his father's music as a child but had no idea he was a famous music legend.
Prince also opened up about his sister Paris who recently attempted suicide admitting that she was struggling to cope.
He said: "We had our ways of dealing with it. [Paris] is having a hard time right now."
