Khloe Kardashian is still wearing her wedding ring despite husband Lamar Odom's arrest

Khloe Kardashian's husband Lamar Odom is on bail after being arrested for driving under the influence, and all the US magazines are claiming that he has a drug problem - but Khloe still managed to raise a smile at a party over the weekend.

The youngest Kardashian sister smiled and fanned herself at Katy Perry's Labor Day party in LA - and look! She's still wearing her wedding ring, so that means that despite Lamar's problems (and there are lots of them), she's standing by him.

Katy Perry's party was held at her house in LA - and Khloe took best friend Malika rather than her husband of four years, Lamar.

Khloe: still a wife, but for how long?

The basketball player is currently on bail after his arrest in the middle of the night - he was driving too slowly on the motorway in LA, so police pulled him over and reportedly smelt alcohol on him.

Lamar refused all chemical tests and was arrested at the scene. California Highway Patrol spokesperson Leland Tang told People: "The most dangerous aspect is that he was driving 50 mph on a freeway with a speed of 65 mph. That is never a good sign. That's not safe."

On Lamar's refusal to take chemical tests, he added: "Once you say no you automatically lose your license. No judge or attorney needed. People think you can do that but you can't refuse a chemical test without consequences."

Katy, having a lovely beer in the sun

He's been plagued by rumours in the US magazines, claiming that he's addicted to prescription drug Oxycotin and in some reports, crack. His lawyer had to deny reports that Lamar had "gone missing" for three days, too.

Khloe hasn't talked about her husband's problems, but she did tweet cryptically today. "As much as I wish I were made of steel... I'm not. I'm pretty d**n close to it though."
