Denise happily got her boobs out in the Celebrity Big Brother hot tub last year in front of all her housemates and thousands of viewers, so it doesn't surprise us that she happily posed half naked while outside on holiday with her fiancé.
Lincoln Townley posted the snap of Loose Woman Denise in a black bra and knickers on Twitter with the words: "See how our "SESSIONS" are paying off!
"My lovely @RealDeniseWelch after a week at the gym, she's gonna kill me 4 this!"
Denise has apparently been trying to lose weight before she ties the knot with her toyboy  (he's 40, she's 54 - good work) in July.
We assume she's been doing this by hitting the treadmill and eating healthily but she's also been making use of Lincoln's "SESSIONS" too.
Hold onto your stomach, because Denise told the People recently: "Burning calories in the boudoir is something I intend to keep doing. That’s a very important part of our relationship."
Yeah, that right there is an overshare that we imagine her kids are groaning at right now.
As well as posing it up in her undies, Denise shared some other snaps from her Caribbean New Year holiday that her children will be much happier to see.
