That Union Jack umbrella is only making the situation worse

After five straight days of wearing lovely, well put together outfits on the red carpet for the Britain's Got Talent auditions, Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden have let us down.

The pair turned up to watch various Scottish people doing their thing in Glasgow this afternoon and... sniff... we're just so disappointed.

Seriously, what the hell was Alesha thinking in this? THIS! THIS!

Alesha's dress looked a bit like a headache

Even the tights are offensive! We know it's cold, but there's no need for flesh coloured tights. EVER

All of the items - the lime green tweed dress, the little bow thing and the tartan jacket - are bad enough on their own, let alone in one go.

We can only assume that she threw on the blazer at the last minute to celebrate being in Scotland - surely no one would have planned this look?

But Alesha wasn't on her own - Amanda also opted to show off the more unusual pieces in her wardrobe today.

We're not against the androgynous look, but the cut of Amanda's suit is a tad outdated for our liking. Throw in the red court shows and we're in a time machine, winging our way back to our mum's accountancy office in 1991.

She tweeted before the auditions: 'In Glasgow for #BGT, can't wait to see what today brings!'
