Ex EastEnders bad boy star Rob Kazinsky has let BBC soap bosses he's ready, willing and available to take their calls â" and he even has some ideas for how his character could return to Albert Square on offer.
The star, who played Sean Slater , was suspended by the soap six years ago after sending raunchy pictures to a model.
After serving his punishment, he bounced back with the 2009 Best British Soap Actor of the Year Award.
But his contract was not renewed and he decided to try his luck in Hollywood .
Admitting that he misses the part âa great dealâ, the 29-year-old told Daybreak hosts Lorraine Kelly and Aled Jones: âIâve always said that I would never be against the idea [to reprise the role].
âI even, I came up with a way... thereâs been a few occasions where Iâve been asked to consider going back, and I was like âyeahâ. But I left to achieve other things, to do other stuff, and it wasnât an easy transition.â
He continued: âI was unemployed for two years after [leaving the soap], begging for work and I couldnât get a job, so now Iâm finding actually doing other things.
âI do miss Sean a great deal and I have come up with ways he could come back, even for just one episode... never say never!â
Currently starring in US TV fantasy thriller True Blood, former model Rob also said that heâs still not completely comfortable shooting nude scenes.Â
âIâm naked a lot of the time!â he said.
âThereâs full nudity... thereâs no hiding place! You are literally walking around in scenes completely naked.
âThey released a preview last night of a romantic scene with me and Ryan Kwanten where weâre both naked and that was an intimidating thing to do, especially with people who have Hollywood bodies!â
