Justin Bieber 'kicked out of Chicago nightclub for being underage'

Justin Bieber was reportedly removed from a Chicago nightclub after police were tipped off alcohol was being served to underage revelers.

The singer, 19, and his friends visited Bodi on Tuesday and police allegedly swooped on the club after they were told people under the legal drinking age of 21 were inside and had been served.

The pop star and his entourage were then said to have been asked to leave the nightspot with a police spokesperson telling TMZ cops did visit the venue.

A representative for the Chicago Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection said: "The ticket was issued by police to Bodi Nightclub for admitting and knowing having underage persons in the establishment."

They added: "Typically the fine for a ticket like this would be $1,000 but the fine is not determined until the case is heard by a hearing officer and if the establishment is found liable for the violation."

We have approached a spokesman for the star for comment.

It is not thought Justin will be asked to addend any related court hearing.

Justin recently made headlines with his controversial behaviour

Justin also hit the headlines this week when a video emerged of the singer swearing at a picture of former US president Bill Clinton.

In the clip he was also seen urinating into a mop bucket before leaving a New York nightclub through the kitchen at the back of the building.

However, Justin is said to have felt so ashamed of his actions he called the former politician personally to apologise for his behaviour.
